I am currently teaching an advanced visualization course to students in the three disciplines (architecture, interior design and fashion design) in the College of Architecture, here at Southern Illinois University. Our current platform is 3D Studio Max and our rendering engine of choice is V-Ray. The speed and efficiency of your product are unmatched. The students have found V-Ray easy to learn at an introductory level and more than capable in even the most complex of rendering tasks. V-Ray has become the primary rendering engine used by our students and I would expect that to be the case well into their professional careers.
