Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle clients' requests about our products via ticketing system, email, phone and Skype 
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of processes and changes.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of procurement processes, licensing and pricing updates, promotions and campaigns.
• Triage customer queries: escalating concerns or complaints related to the sale, licensing or pricing of Chaos Group’s products to the appropriate team.
• Order creation, authorization and processing.
• Identify issues and bring them to the Team Lead’s attention. 
• Housekeeping activities related to client requests: license transfers, license consolidations, and client information updates.

Main Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in customer service role
• Passionate about helping customers quickly and effectively reach decisions.
• Fluent English is a must
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, business writing, and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Well organized with attention to detail 
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred 
• Ability to work on flexible 8-hours shifts including late home based shift(s)

Golang Developer

You will contribute to our efforts in designing, implementing, and running critical distributed systems infrastructure. Your work will be integrated in a host of microservices running Go, Node.js and Ruby code. If you’re passionate about application performance, distributed systems, networking, and huge volumes of data, and are interested in joining a world-class engineering team, you are the person we’re looking for.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop with Go, work with frameworks/toolkits like: go-kit, grpc, etc.
• Build new features on our platform by extending and maintaining our API, craft new services as needed, and ensure high stability
• Aggregate multiple internal APIs & services, exposing them as a single RESTful API for front-end consumption
• Work with a cross-functional team consisting of developers, designers, product & project managers.

Main Requirements:

• You have at least 3-5 years experience as a developer, with some Go (Golang) knowledge and hands-on experience with Git and Linux
• Working experience in a common programming language besides Go (e.g. C/C++/C#, Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js/JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Deep understanding of design patterns, software development methodologies and principles
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of modern operating systems, networking, and/or scalability techniques
• Experience working with a front-end team, and understanding common front-end integrations and workflows
• You have experience developing JSON-based RESTful Web Services
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud computing concepts
• An educational background in the field of Computer Science or similar is a plus, although actual experience is always preferred
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

We are looking for a Front End Developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing user-facing features using React.js
• Maintaining and improving the front-end part of existing applications/systems
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
