Assistant Channel Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Supports the Channel Managers in developing strategic plans & sales channels. 
• Coordinates the execution of the channel strategy and coordinates with internal teams on implementing system changes.
• Monitors orders in internal ordering system and leads active communication with channel partners if any additional information or actions are needed. 
• Synchronizes CRM and internal ordering systems
• Coordinates the involvement of other teams, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partners’ expectations.
• Monitors Partners for compliance with Chaos Group’s Partners requirements and reports to the responsible Channel Manager.

Main Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must;
• At least 1-year working experience - Experience on a sales position in an international business environment (preferably in a channel-driven sales environment) will be considered a huge advantage

Inside Sales Specialist

Chaos Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria.  As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will gain exposure to many facets of the sales organization.  Inside Sales Specialists are the first point of contact for Chaos Group’s customers. This person will be responsible for segmenting incoming leads that come to us via a variety of channels and engaging with them to complete the buying process.

The Product Specialist leads feature definition within the end-user Product to ensure features, and the overall workflow, is ideal for the target customer(s).  As an expert user of the Product, the Product Specialist often presents the Product to customers, press and Sales to show its capabilities in the best possible light.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define new feature and workflow behaviors for the Product by working closely with UX designers, Development, and Product Management to design capabilities with the proper balance of capability, ease-of-use, and efficiency that are then validated with customers.
• Work with customers to gather insight into what features and workflows need improvement, and to validate new feature and workflow designs as they’re being defined.

Main Requirements:

• Solid previous experience with working in production using the Product’s host application, or a close competitor is required. 
• Fluency with the Product’s host application, or one of its primary competitors, is required.
• Solid understanding of professional workflows in the Product’s industry is required.
• Thorough understanding of concepts related to 3D rendering, modeling and animation required. Understanding of digital paint, compositing and traditional photography is a strong plus. Skills in using traditional media for creating representational artwork also a plus.
• A portfolio (or gallery) of rendered 3D images, model creations, and/or animations is required. A fine art, design, and/or photography portfolio(s) is a strong plus.
• Experience in the scripting or programming of production tools a plus.
• Experience with Agile software development and Jira is a plus.
• Very good communication skills (written and oral) in English.

Product Manager 

 

The Product Manager will lead the end-user Product to commercial success by considering the needs of its customers, the threats and weaknesses of its competitors, and the innovative ideas from R&D and balancing those priorities with the realities of available resources and the needs of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set priorities for each release of the Product by working closely with Development to balance product ambitions with internal resources and capabilities and verifying those decisions with key customers.
• Produce and maintain marketing and product requirements documents (MRD and PRD) that give clear guidance to internal groups as to their involvement in making the Product successful.
• Establish product positioning, user personas, and competitive analysis for use by Marketing, Sales and Support.
• Represent the Product in online forums, public events and customer visits while also gaining insight into what’s needed to improve the product offering.
• Work closely with product specialists to ensure features are meeting the needs of customers.
• Stay current on Product’s financial performance to spot trends and speak on performance.

Main Requirements:

We are looking for a Front End Developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will contribute to our efforts in designing, implementing, and running critical distributed systems infrastructure. Your work will be integrated in a host of microservices running Go, Node.js and Ruby code.
