What if I haven't received an invoice for my order?
If you have purchased our products from an authorized Chaos Group reseller, please get in touch with them to request your invoice.
If you have made a purchase from our Chaos Group Online Store, you can access your order history by following these steps:
1. Access My Chaos Group and sign in with your username and password.
2. Click on Billing -> Invoices.
3. Locate your order and download the invoice. You can view your invoice number by clicking the three-dotted button beside each order.
If your license wasn’t purchased within the last 30 days, click on “Filter by Period” to find your invoice.
