Be among the first to secure your tickets to join hundreds of artists, designers and developers from around the world in Bulgaria’s capital this May.
Information explaining each ticket type is provided below.
Main conference — Access to the main conference (all three tracks) from May 17 – 18.
Main conference: Student — Access to the main conference (all three tracks) on May 17 – 18. Student ticket holders will be required to show a student ID or another valid proof of student status when collecting passes at the registration desk.
Main conference + Masterclass — Admission to one of three hands-on masterclasses taking place on May 16, as well as access to all the tracks in the main conference. Just be sure to select the ticket for the masterclass that corresponds to the class you wish to take.
Main conference: Developer — Access to the Code track only on May 17 – 18.
V-Ray Certified Professional exam — Admission to the certification exams that take place on May 16 only.
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your registration information. Please download your ticket to your mobile device or print it out. You’ll need to show either the printed or electronic ticket at the registration desk onsite to receive your pass in return.
Be sure to bring a valid form of ID with you to the registration desk, along with your student ID if you purchase the Main conference: Student pass.
The reception desk will open at 8.30 AM on May 17 in the foyer of the John Atanasoff Hall at the Sofia Tech Park. If you select the Main conference + Masterclass pass and/or the V-Ray Certified Professional exam pass, you can collect your pass from 8:30 AM on May 16 from the registration desk in the foyer of the John Atanasoff Hall.
We ask that passes be worn at all times within the event area, both during sessions and receptions.
To receive an invoice for the purchase of your pass, ensure you fill in your billing details in the registration form, which appears before you purchase your ticket. Your invoice will then be issued within 2 business days after you make the purchase.
If you would like to request a refund for your ticket, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds must be requested no later than 14 days prior to the event. Once your refund request is received, we will notify you by email if your refund is accepted. If approved, your request will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you can't make it to the event, it’s possible for you to transfer your pass to someone else; we just need to know ahead of time. To transfer your pass, please email us at email@example.com with the name and contact information of the person you are assigning your pass to and be sure to tell them to bring their ID with them to the registration desk.
Unfortunately, tickets can only be purchased online. Providing there are tickets remaining on the day of the event, you will be able to make a purchase through the website. Please stay tuned to the website and sign up to our newsletter to ensure you are informed on ticket availability.
There will be two discounts available for Total Chaos 2019 tickets, starting January 24 and running through to March 31. Super early bird tickets are available from January 24 through to February 13; early bird tickets are then available from February 14 through to March 31. If discounted tickets sell out before the planned end dates, please understand that the ticket pricing will automatically increase to the next price bracket.
Regular ticket pricing will begin April 1 until the event opening, or until tickets are sold out.
