Masterclass 1: Cinematic Worlds
Learn how to create futuristic cities, natural landscapes and cinematic environments from the pros behind some of the most iconic worlds in film, television and game cinematics. From concept through final illustration, you’ll learn tips for kitbashing, scattering and efficient scene management, as well as tricks for lighting, rendering and compositing epic 3D environments.
Masterclass 2: Creative Lighting
Learn the art and craft of creative lighting directly from the modern-day masters. Discover how to paint with light to create cinematic, portrait and studio lighting setups. And learn about the tools and techniques in V-Ray and Corona that will help you render inspiring images of architecture, interiors, cars and people.
Masterclass 3: Advanced Photorealism
Are you ready to take your renders to the ultimate level? Learn from the masters of photorealism. From texturing and materials to lighting and camera setups, learn how to create the nuances, fine details and extra touches it takes to make your renders look exactly like a photograph.
Masterclass Superpass — Access to all 3 Masterclass tracks* on May 29, as well as the Main Conference on May 30 – 31.
*The 3 Masterclass tracks run simultaneously on May 29; the Superpass allows you to jump between tracks to attend a variety of talks throughout the day.
Main Conference: Code Track — Access to the Code Track of the Main Conference on May 30 – 31.
Main Conference: Student — Access to both days of the Main Conference (Art, Craft and Code tracks) on May 30 – 31. Student ticket holders are required to show student ID or valid proof of student status when collecting passes.
V-Ray Certified Professional Exam — Admission to the Certification Exam taking place on May 29 only.
How do I get my pass?
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your registration information. Please download your ticket to your mobile device or print it out. You’ll need to show either the printed or electronic ticket at the registration desk on-site to receive your pass in return.
Be sure to bring a valid form of ID with you to the registration desk, along with your student ID if you purchase the Main Conference: Student pass.
The reception desk will open at 8.30 AM on May 30 in the foyer of the John Atanasoff Hall at the Sofia Tech Park. If you select the Main Conference + Masterclass pass and/or the V-Ray Certified Professional Exam pass, you can collect your pass from 8:30 AM on May 29 from the registration desk in the foyer of the Incubator Hall.
We ask that passes be worn at all times within the event area, both during sessions and receptions.
Can I get an invoice for my ticket?
To receive an invoice for the purchase of your pass, ensure you fill in your billing details in the registration form, which appears before you purchase your ticket. Your invoice will then be issued within 2 business days after you make the purchase.
Refunds must be requested no later than 14 days prior to the event. Once your refund request is received, we will notify you by email if your refund is accepted. If approved, your request will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you can't make it to the event, it’s possible for you to transfer your pass to someone else; we just need to know ahead of time. To transfer your pass, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and contact information of the person you are assigning your pass to and be sure to tell them to bring their ID with them to the registration desk.
Can I pay at the door?
Unfortunately, tickets can only be purchased online. Providing there are tickets remaining on the day of the event, you will be able to make a purchase through the website. Please stay tuned to the website and sign up to our newsletter to ensure you are informed on ticket availability.
Are there any discounts available?
There will be two discounts available for Total Chaos 2020 tickets, starting December 9 and running through to March 15. Super Early Bird tickets are available from December 9 through to January 9; Early Bird tickets are then available from January 10 through to March 15. If discounted tickets sell out before the planned end dates, please understand that the ticket pricing will automatically increase to the next price bracket.
Regular ticket pricing will begin March 16 until the event opening, or until tickets are sold out.
