Autodesk’s final University event of 2018 takes place at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas this November, and Chaos Group will be there as guests of Epic. Swing by Epic’s booth (#A443) to see CG Specialist Simeon Balabanov’s introduction to V-Ray for Unreal. He’ll demonstrate how you can bring V-Ray scenes from 3ds Max, Maya and SketchUp into the Unreal Editor, and render photorealistic, ray-traced images with V-Ray directly from Unreal.

This year’s 3D Basecamp takes place in Palm Springs — and Chaos Group will serve as a Coyote sponsor. We’re not sure what the Coyote does with the money. From Wednesday to Friday, CG experts will host presentations on effective workflows, the massive power of V-Ray Cloud, and rendering complex interiors. We are glad to return to the East Coast with demonstrations of the hot V-Ray Next for 3ds Max release, a focus on the upcoming updates to our AEC solutions and an exclusive preview of V-Ray for Unreal. A selected group of top architects will show inspiring case studies, followed by a panel discussion on the latest challenges for visualization in the AEC.
