This August, Chaos Group will tour Australia to demonstrate the latest features and techniques for V-Ray. You’ll also have the chance to get hands-on with the software, and a rare opportunity to become a V-Ray certified professional.

Chaos Group’s CG specialist Simeon Balabanov will take to the stage at this Autodesk’s University event. He’ll demonstrate what makes V-Ray a powerful tool for visualizers and creators, including new features such as variance sampling, the updated sky model, and Stochastic Flakes. Simeon will also cover the eagerly awaited V-Ray for Revit, and show how V-Ray is changing VR.

The SIGGRAPH conference and exhibition is a five-day interdisciplinary educational experience with installations providing close-up views of the latest in digital art, emerging technologies, and hands-on opportunities for creative collaboration.

The ever popular V-Ray Days, hosted by Chaos Group in room 205A, will feature exclusive insight into this year’s biggest films, television shows and games from some of the world’s best VFX studios. In addition, Chaos Group will be holding a special V-Ray for Educators breakfast, featuring information on the V-Ray for Maya Training Program. All V-Ray Day sessions are free to attend. This brand new conference will demonstrate how VR can help conceptualize and create spaces, and then market and sell them. The 3ds Max London User Group is one of our favorite events, and we never miss a chance to show up. CG Event, Russia’s biggest meeting of CG specialists, just turned 10 and it will finally have its long-awaited edition in St Petersburg this June.

We’ll be there with two exclusive presentations on the latest in V-Ray.

Chaos Group’s CG Specialist Kalina Panteleeva will dive in the depths of our latest feature in V-Ray 3.4 for 3ds Max and Maya – the CPU and GPU accelerated Denoiser.

She will then turn to the Bulgarian Village project, and go through the tricky and exciting process of creating all its unique creatures and features.

Cadline’s BIM-focussed events take place in Edinburgh, London, and Manchester. As well as finding out about the latest innovations in the industry, guests will see first-hand how V-Ray for Revit works with Autodesk’s software to create amazing visualizations.

Pub-based CG conference End User Event provides an intimate setting to find out about the latest developments in the industry, listen to fascinating talks, and try some lovely Dutch brews.

Among this year’s presentations, Chaos Group’s co-founder Vladimir "Vlado" Koylazov will discuss how Blur, Digital Domain and Atomic Fiction used V-Ray to create Tim Miller’s Deadpool.

In late May and early June, Chaos Group will tour Poland to show off the amazing power of V-Ray for the architectural visualization and product design industries.

Now in its sixth year, 3DWS’s Digital Drawing Days has become an essential event for the Italian CG industry.

This year’s event has a packed schedule of presentations, including Ivan Basso and TaxFree Images.

Chaos Group will be there, too. On day one, CG specialist Yavor Stoikov will introduce V-Ray 3.0 for Rhino and Sketchup, V-Ray for Revit, and our VRScans material scanning technology.

The second day will delve into the world of visual effects and animation. Yana Andreeva will demonstrate how to create VR projects in V-Ray 3.3 for 3ds Max, and show how V-Ray 3.3 for Maya and V-Ray 3.3 for NUKE can improve workflows and deliver stunning results.
